On March 25, Apple announced new services and updates of existing software products. The presentation took place at the Steve Jobs Theater in the California city of Cupertino and was broadcasted live on apple.com.

The first shown product was the news application Apple News +, created on the basis of a free service. After the upgrade, it will switch to a paid subscription mode, which will cost $ 10 per month. Apple News + users in the United States can read news articles and more than 300 magazines.

Next, the corporation introduced its own Apple Card, which will be issued in partnership with the American bank Goldman Sachs and Mastercard. The product will be able to track spending on various devices and pay daily cashback on purchases.

Then, the corporation announced its own Apple Arcade gaming platform. This service offers over a hundred new games developed by Annapurna Interactive, Bossa Studios, Cartoon Network and other developers. It will be available by subscription, the corporation reports. Apple announced launch of Arcade less than a week after Google introduced its cloud gaming service Stadia. Apple Arcade will appear in the fall of 2019 in the App Store for iOS, macOS and tvOS in more than 150 countries.

The remainder of the Apple presentation was dedicated to update in Apple TV app, as well as to launch the Apple TV + online cinema. One of the key updates to the Apple TV application is related to its launch on the Smart TV platform: in the spring it will appear on Samsung TVs, and in the future also on LG, Sony, Vizio and Amazon Fire TV platforms. Apple TV + will produce its own content, such as The Morning Show series with actresses Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Aniston and actor Steve Carell.

Information about the cost of subscription and availability of video services Apple TV + will be revealed in the autumn, says Apple. Update on the TV application and online cinema Apple will affect more than a hundred countries in the world.
