All 200 of these gas stations receive their electricity from renewable energy sources. They can be found in urban and suburban settings as well as beside important highways in all 17 of Spain's regions.

Additionally, TotalEnergies and Wenea are in the process of negotiating a strategic alliance to pool their knowledge and abilities in the areas of transportation, power grids, and infrastructure in order to jointly develop and invest in strong charging stations. At the moment, Wenea has around 1,200 charging stations in operation.

By 2028, TotalEnergies aims to run over 1,000 strong electric vehicle charging stations throughout Europe. According to the company, Spain has the fifth-largest car fleet in Europe, and the percentage of electric vehicles is rising quickly.
