"Mounting pressure exists, but it needs to be handled," stated the company’s CEO, Lorenzo Simonelli, during the Energy Intelligence Forum in London on Monday.

The total losses linked to the trade war started by the US align with the forecast range stated by Baker Hughes in April of this year.

Baker Hughes is quickly growing its data center services sector. Simonelli states that the company is engaged in selling gas turbines to the industry.

During the initial half of the year, the firm sold around 100 NovaLT turbines, with 70% allocated for data centers.
