Beginning April 25 of this year, imports of Russian LNG through short-term (up to one year) unmodified contracts will be prohibited, and from June 17, imports of pipeline gas under short-term unmodified contracts will be banned.
Beginning in 2027, there will be a total prohibition on LNG imports from Russia, and from September 30, 2027, a full ban on pipeline gas deliveries will ensue.
