Japan Tobacco Acquires Logic Technology

The Japanese tobacco company Japan Tobacco Inc. (JTI) has acquired a US manufacturer of electronic cigarettes Logic Technology Development, the message of JTI says.



The amount and terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to have little impact on the consolidated results of the Group for the 2015 financial year.
