Nvidia revealed its latest RTX Spark Superchip AI chip for computers, stated the company’s CEO Jensen Huang at the Computex trade show in Taipei, Taiwan.

Nvidia's CEO announced that this chip will be featured in laptops from Dell and Lenovo beginning this fall. The RTX Spark Superchip is a mix of a microprocessor and a graphics chip created in partnership with the Taiwanese firm MediaTek, he clarified.

The chip will operate on Microsoft's Windows for Arm OS. The RTX Superchip will feature a 20-core CPU alongside a Blackwell-generation GPU that has 6,144 cores. These elements will allow the chip to manage extensive AI models and perform demanding games. Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) will produce the chips.
The initial laptops equipped with RTX Spark will target the high-end market and tackle the weaknesses of rival products, the company noted. Nvidia specified that future versions will cater to a broader price range.

Due to the chip's high efficiency, PC makers can present customers with robust devices that are also slim and lightweight, according to Bloomberg.
