Sources indicate that PIF leaders are exploring the establishment of a major video game development firm to enhance the coordination of its assets.

A definitive choice has not been reached as of now. Sources indicate that the agreement is improbable to move forward until Savvy finalizes its $6 billion purchase of Shanghai Moonton Technology in China.

This merger would represent a notable change in the video game strategy of the Saudi fund. It might establish a singular organization for carrying out acquisitions, creating games, and utilizing intellectual property across different areas of the $214 billion sector.

PIF has just finalized a $55 billion purchase of EA, setting a record for the largest leveraged buyout ever.
