According to the company's announcement, an unsecured loan was offered by a group of banks, which includes JPMorgan Chase & Co., Goldman Sachs Group, Mizuho Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and MUFG Bank, with the loan's maturity date set for March 25, 2027.
