The customers in the U.S. can expect their groceries to be delivered within a very short while, as Whole Foods Market reaches over to plug the delivery gaps.

The employees from While Food have been scouting the “Western North America” for identifying “potential retail spaces” in the regions of “Idaho, southern Utah and Wyoming”, as the retailer currently does not have any outlets in these areas.

Moreover, the journal citied another source revealing that the “largest online retailer” of the world will be expanding “Prime Now”, the “two-hour delivery service” to almost all the four hundred seventy five “Whole Foods” outlets present in the U.S. These steps form part of the Amazon’s plans to expand its “grocery, delivery and pickup” fronts all over the country in the U.S.

At present, the Prime Now service features an option of “two-hour delivery” to the subscribers spread over sixty cities. Furthermore, it also offers “online grocery pickup from Whole Foods stores” in only half an hour in around thirty cities.
