Adobe anticipates that sales for this period will hit $275.1 billion, marking a 6.7% rise from the prior year.

The company expects that Cyber Monday will continue to be the largest day of the season for online sales volume. Adobe anticipates project sales on that day will reach $15.1 billion—an increase of 6.2% from the amount noted in 2025.

The firm anticipates a sales growth rate of 9.2% on Black Friday, partly propelled by significant discounts on items like televisions, apparel, and home gadgets. Adobe projects sales of $12.9 billion for that day.

Adobe observes that shoppers are increasingly moving their holiday purchases to earlier times. Amazon.com Inc.'s decision to hold its Prime Day sale in October prompts other US retailers to provide extra discounts in advance of November. Adobe forecasts that online sales in the US for October will hit $95.8 billion, reflecting an 8% rise compared to the previous year.

The company anticipates that customers will purchase essentials in large quantities during the holiday sales. Sales of personal care items during "Cyber Week" (the five-day span from Thanksgiving to Cyber Monday) may more than double, while sales of basic apparel might exceed triple, based on Adobe's predictions.
