08/31/2020

Ebit Systems will provide equipment for “Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle”.

Elbit Systems is a defence company of Israel which has bagged a contract from the U.S. Army through its U.S. subsidiary. Under the said contract the company will be supplying “gunner hand stations, commander hand stations and circuit cards” which will go into the “Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle”.

The above mentioned contract values at “$79 million” while it will be delivered over a span of five years, while there is an initial “purchase order of $26 million”, which will be followed by another “$12 million” purchase order, as mentioned in the contract.

With the help of the gunner hand stations, crew members are enabled to “target and fire”. Moreover, it allows them to collaborate with “commander hand stations” which drive the turret of the vehicle. On the other hand, the circuit cards help in the “processing” as well as supplying power to the hand stations units.
