Nvidia's printed circuit board supplier considers $2 billion Hong Kong IPO

Chinese printed circuit board maker Victory Giant Technology is contemplating a share listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as reported by Bloomberg, referencing sources close to the talks.

The agency reports that Victory Giant is assessing investor interest for a possible IPO, which might become one of the biggest in Hong Kong this year. Bloomberg reports that Victory Giant intends to secure more than $2 billion. The IPO is anticipated to occur as soon as April.

Sources from Bloomberg indicated that talks are continuing, covering aspects such as the scale and schedule of the IPO. Victory Giant did not reply to Bloomberg's request for a statement.

Victory Giant manufactures printed circuit boards, the electronic parts that support artificial intelligence servers. The firm is one of Nvidia's vendors. The forecast for Victory Giant's revenue in 2025 is 19.3 billion yuan ($2.8 billion).
