As part of the "comprehensive business partnership," the companies plan to work together to create OLED TVs aimed at the high-end market.  Panasonic will offer its expertise and ensure quality control to uphold its well-known audiovisual standards. The company will also continue to support European customers for all Panasonic TVs that were sold up until March 2026 and will be available from April onwards.

Starting April 1, the entertainment division will be brought back into Panasonic Corporation, which will enhance the company's consumer products business.  The announcement stated that the long-term success of this business will rely on Europe serving as a strategic market.

According to The Financial Times, the partnership between Panasonic and Skyworth also includes the United States. Panasonic will continue to handle its operations in the Japanese television market and is looking into a proper business model for other markets.  Panasonic's statement simply mentions that "the partnership will be carried out on a region-by-region basis."
