In a statement released by the company, it was announced that Visa has rented 300,000 square feet (27,900 square meters) in the One Canada Square building for a period of 15 years. The relocation from its current location in Paddington is set to happen in 2028.

One Canada Square is home to a variety of businesses, including financial institutions, startups, shared workspace providers, and educational institutions. Notable tenants include the investment firm Brookfield and University College London (UCL).
In November, JPMorgan Chase & Co. also announced plans to build a new European headquarters in the same Canary Wharf area.
