Not only the new service will allow users to exchange interesting information, but also to make purchases. Spark is available in the Amazon for iPhone application and is accessible only for members of the Amazon Prime program. The social network views description of interesting products, allows users comment on them and choose their favorites.

Users will be able to group products by interests, choose their favorites, make reviews on products and share their experience of use, as well as describe goods and comment on them. As noted by Reuters, Amazon's social network is similar to Instagram and Pinterest services. The difference is that Spark clicking on certain items and proceed to purchase them.

"Amazon Spark is a place where you can find things and people who share your interests. If you are looking for inspiration for home décor, or asking for advice on the best shoes for long distances, Spark will help you find and buy stories and ideas from communities that like what you like", - says description of the social network on the company's website

Currently, the app is only available on mobile devices and only through the iOS app. The Android application developers promise to launch the application soon. It is assumed that Amazon Spark will be able to improve the feedback system on the website.

Earlier it became known that Jeff Bezos’ company is working on its own messenger, called Anytime.

Sources in the media are rumoring about an application for Android, PC and iOS mobile devices. Anytime will not be linked to a phone number, and it will be enough to know only a nickname to search for the person.

Anytime will be a multifunctional service, including filters and masks for photo processing, functions for listening to music and ordering food. The introduction of such settings will allow to compete not only with WhatsApp and Viber instant messengers, but also with social networks.

Amazon has recently been trying to control costs, but the company is waiting for a new phase of increased investment, this time to consolidate its overseas markets, including India and Mexico, to develop its own delivery service and expand the portfolio of video content. Analysts expect that this period will last at least until mid-2018.
