The amounts of the bids made by Cerberus and Blue Origin are not disclosed. Jefferies puts the ULA between $2 and $3 billion. It was offered for $2 billion in 2015.

A company that makes goods for the military and aviation sectors, Textron Inc., is also considering buying ULA.
