Deutsche Boerse to start buying back its shares for €300M in Q1 2024

Deutsche Boerse AG, the operator of one of Europe's main stock exchanges, has announced a €300 million share buyback program.

The buyback will begin in the first quarter of next year, according to the company's press release.

Furthermore, Deutsche Boerse stated that it plans to pay 30-40% of its adjusted yearly net profit to shareholders in the form of dividends. The corporation intends to distribute approximately 40% of profits through 2023.

In trading on Tuesday, Deutsche Boerse shares are down 0.4%. Since the beginning of the year, the company's market value has declined by 1.8% (to €29.1 billion), while the DAX has increased by 8.4%.
