Facebook’s Marketing Partner Confident to Make Record Revenue This Fiscal
Ridding piggy-back on Facebooks phenomenal success and suing innovative technology, its marketing partner Bidalgo targets to make a fortune this fiscal.

Bidalgo, an Israel based company, provides unique solutions to mobile and internet video advertisements. The company is known for its innovations in the world of Ad Tech. the company, founded in 2010, developed unique ideas that made Facebook notice the solutions and make the still nascent company their marketing partner.

Bidalgo is looking to cash in on the good second quarter results of Facebook recently announced, and hopes to triple its sales in the current fiscal. The company plans to utilize its new technology that automates the process of making personalised online video advertisings. This, the company hopes, would help it to cash in on Facebook’s growing share of the video market.

“Users prefer to watch video ads over static images and this is the reason why Facebook is becoming a leader in the video market,” said Peleg Israeli, general manager of Bidalgo’s Israeli operations.
The unique solution for online video advertisements developed by the company helps personalize an Advertisement. Since video advertisements are expensive to produce, advertisers create one or two video advertisements. But ideally every advertiser would like to create personalized video advertisements for different markets.

The technology developed by Bidalgo helps convert the generalized advertisements into personalized advertisements targeted at specific markets. The company calls the technology Adaptation which can automatically turn one video into as many versions as needed. This results in the video being transformed in a manner so that the targeted audiences would see images they respond to most. The technology, for example, would enable German users view a German flag and French users us see a French flag.

The company is banking so much on this technology for revenue generation that I Israeli believes that the product should account for as much as half of Bidalgo’s revenue in the coming year.
The technology would also propel the user friendliness and the adaption ability of Facebbok and leverage it in the market against competitors like Google’s YouTube as the core technology of Fcaebook is able to identify users in the most accurate way and often by region or country or any other desired profile.

Though Google is still the leader in long-form video by a long distance, the IT giant is but is facing mounting competition from Facebook in the short-form video market when the video lasts for several minutes only.

Facebook statistics show that over 4 billion users view at the site on a daily basis where as more than 75 percent of those users view videos on their mobiles.
Experts see this as the next advertisement evolution and anticipate internet video advertisement eating into the Television advertisement market.

It is expected that the global mobile advertising market would exceed $100 billion in spending in 2016/ this would be a stupendous 430 percent rise from the figures of 2013. The mobile advertisement market would also account for more than half of all digital ad expenditure says the market research firm eMarketer.

This is where Bidalgo intends to cash in as the company’s technology targets mobile app to adopt mobile advertising. The technology of the company would use algorithms test examine an ad against multiple audiences to understand which segments are relevant and what is the right price the advertiser should offer when a company bids for advertising with  Facebook.
