As The Times writes, production of such cars will be stopped by the end of 2022.

In addition, in 2022 Honda plans to stop production of diesel cars in Europe because of the loss of popularity of such products.

The concern intends to place its bets on hybrid and electric cars.

It is noted that Honda now produces CR-V and Jazz hybrid cars for Europe, as well as Honda e. electric cars.

Earlier, the carmaker talked about plans to stop producing cars with petrol engines not before the end of 2022, but by 2025.

According to drivers, this is due to the availability of gas equipment, cheap services and the necessary infrastructure in cities.
