The key elements of the Japanese government's agenda of economic measures intended to combat inflation and raise salaries will be finalized next week, said Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida during a press conference at the UN, where he was taking part in the General Assembly meeting.

The economic program's primary elements, according to Prime Minister, "include responding to the sharp rise in prices, strengthening measures to raise wages and expand investment, and overcoming population decline." The economic program is expected to be unveiled in the first half of next week. He stated that the overall program will be created in the middle of October and then presented to the parliament for review.

According to Kishida, the Japanese economy is "still unstable." He claims that the issues are specifically related to "unstable domestic demand, including consumption and investment."
