Kambia Joins ServicePower’s Nexus FS Circle

A deal between Kambia and ServicePower has been officially announced.



ServicePower Technologies which is a software company for managing work-force has made an announcement whereby it has won a “new contract”. Consequently, the company has secured a deal with Kambio, the latter is a service provider of “preventative auto maintenance” and is based in Canada. The deal will explore the “Nexus FS Field Service Management” software of ServicePower.
 
Kambio has become a part of its partner’s ecosystem and is reselling Nexus FS within the circle of “automotive industry”. According to Digitallook:
“ServicePower’s board said the product provides Kambio with software-as-a-service (SaaS) field service management capabilities, including customer and work order management, inventory management, dispatching, asset tracking and time cards”.
 
The “mobile dispatch tool” that matched the enter prise level and has been designed keeping the “ServiceMobility platform” as its base, will supply a “configurable mobile application” to Kambio. In this manner the automotive technicians out at field will be privy to ensured information flow regarding “each consumer and their vehicle”. Moreover, they will also be able to avail required “information and tools” that will enable them to “complete contracts services in a single visit”. The C.E.O at ServicePower, Marne Martin, said:
“Kambio represents further adoption of our new Nexus FS SaaS-based field service management software, as well as further growth into the automotive and North American market”.
“Nexus FS will improve service delivery operations for Kambio and further extend ServicePower's reach into the sector through our resale relationship”.
