Palestinian Red Crescent receives 106 truckloads of humanitarian aid

Egypt delivered 106 truckloads of humanitarian aid to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society in Gaza. The trucks entered the country via the Rafah crossing.

"PRCS teams today received 106 truckloads of aid from the Egyptian Red Crescent through the Rafah crossing, in addition to five ambulances from Kuwait," the organization said on the social network X. Since October 21, the Gaza Red Crescent has received a total of 756 aid trucks.

The day prior, a humanitarian assistance convoy transporting medical supplies to Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza was attacked. On November 7, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu authorized one-hour "tactical pauses" in the Gaza Strip to allow for the delivery of humanitarian supplies and the freeing of hostages.

According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, Israeli shelling in the Gaza Strip has killed over 10,000 civilians since October 7.
