Reuters has been informed by three sources that US intelligence has determined that Iran's leadership is not currently at risk of immediate collapse, even though the country has been subjected to nearly two weeks of continuous bombing by the United States and Israel.

Several intelligence reports include a consistent analysis indicating that the regime is not at risk of collapsing and that it continues to maintain control over the Iranian population, according to one of them.

Another source mentions that an intelligence report from several days ago highlights the continued unity among Iran's religious leadership, even after the death of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on February 28, which was the first day of U.S. and Israeli attacks.

A high-ranking Israeli official informed Reuters that in private discussions, Israeli authorities admit there is no guarantee that a war would cause the downfall of Iran's religious leadership. At the same time, Tel Aviv does not intend to allow any of the current leaders to remain in power, according to one of the agency's sources.

It is still uncertain whether the ongoing US-Israeli military operation will be successful in toppling the Iranian government, Reuters reports.
