The leaders of the United Kingdom, France, and Germany have expressed strong anger over Iran's attacks on their allies in the Middle East and have stated their intention to implement "the necessary defensive actions," as indicated in a statement issued by the EU countries, as reported by the office of British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

The statement reads, "We will take action to safeguard our interests and those of our allies in the region, which may include taking necessary and proportionate defensive actions to eliminate Iran's capability to launch missiles and drones."

It has been noted that London, Paris, and Berlin have decided to work together with the United States and its allies in the Middle East on this matter.

On Monday night, Starmer confirmed that he had approved Washington's request to permit the US military to utilize UK military bases in the Middle East for targeting Iranian missile storage locations and launch sites.

In reaction to the US-Israeli military operation that started on Saturday, Iran launched attacks on US military sites in multiple countries across the Persian Gulf and the broader Middle East region.
