The fund will start off with €2.5 billion as seed money, and over the course of four years, it will grow to a total of €10 billion.

In addition to the financial sector, the fund will concentrate on the data, renewable energy, and transportation industries.

According to the press release, the new structure will enable issuers to acquire financing with specified conditions and will offer investors, such as insurance companies with certain rating and duration requirements, high-quality investment options in investment grade business liabilities.
